Project Scope	The original content was in a storyboard already but had to be completely rewritten and redesigned. My tasks entailed reorganizing the lessons, editing the lesson objectives, writing assessment questions and mapping them to the objectives. The course was completely revamped to include a scenario from start to finish with audio voiceovers and new engaging interactions. The target audience included frontline supervisors and managers. This course was part of mid-size project that required several onsite visits to the client site.
