Project Scope
  • The client purchased a four-hour ILT course from another vendor. However, the course was taking much longer to deliver.
  • In order to reduce the course to its original intended time frame, a 30-minute online course was developed to be taken as a pre-requisite to the ILT course.
  • The original content for this particular course was scattered among outdated PowerPoints slides and Word documents.
  • My tasks entailed rewriting and reorganizing the raw data, editing the lesson objectives, writing assessment questions and mapping them to the objectives.
  • The target audience was department leaders.
  • This course was part of large-scale project with an extensive team of designers and developers from the US, India, and China.
